Wagyu Carbonara

  • 3 Egg Yolks

  • 1 1/2 Cup of Good quality Parmesan

  • 400g Tagliatelle pasta

  • Shaved Black Truffle to Taste

  • 3 Cloves of Garlic

  • Salt and Pepper

  • 2 Wagyu sirloin


This truly is the greatest and sluttiest pasta ever. We know it’s totally over the top, but it’s a bucket list dish. Black truffle, black garlic, wagyu beef, homemade pasta, fuck ton of Parmesan. So slutty it brought a glistening fatty tear to our eye. Slut it up to the max - for once we don’t know how it’s possible.


  1. Crack 3 eggs and take just the yolks and put into a bowl.

  2. Add your parmesan mixture and mix to create your slurry.

  3. Season your steaks

  4. Cut the fat off your wagyu steak and dice into small pieces.

  5. Slowly cook off the fat for about 5 minutes and then add the sliced garlic to the pan.

  6. Add garlic to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes.

  7. Start cooking the pasta as directed.

  8. Cook the wagyu steak (1 inch) on 50 seconds either side on a extremely hot pan.

  9. Let the wagyu rest and then dice.

  10. Drain the pasta but leave about a cup of the water to go in the garlic pan.

  11. Mix pasta, wagyu , garlic and the slurry together until evenly coated.

  12. Serve with freshly grated parmesan and grated truffle.
