Potato Salad



  • 700g new potatoes

  • 2tbsp white wine vinegar

  • salt pepper to taste

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1/4 cup mayo

  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

  • 1 shallot diced

  • 2 tbsp capers

  • 1/4 cup chopped pickles

  • 2 spring onions thinly chopped

  • handful of chives


The ultimate BBQ side. The humble Potato salad, only this ones not so humble. It boasts, spring onion, caper, pickles, shallot, chives, and a rich mustard mayo dressing. A salad that’s not really a salad - the best kind. Slut it up to the max by serving with any BBQ meat


  1. Put your potatoes in a saucepan with cold water - bring to the boil and for 7-9 minutes until tender

  2. Let the Potatoes cool down a little

  3. Mix the vinegar , mustard and mayo together to make your mustard mayo.

  4. Mix the spring onion, caper, pickles, shallot, and mustard mayo into the potatoes.

  5. Cover and refrigerate for 30 mins

  6. Before serving sprinkle some chives and black pepper
