Here we have a @franksredhot_uk battered pickles served with with Caper and Parsley Mayo and BBQ sauce. A perfect snack or side dish although thats not to say we wouldn't be averse to having this as your main meal.
Slut up to the max by scooping out middle of whole pickles and stuffing with cheese

Mix all your dry ingredients then add water and franks to make your batter, it should coat your pickle so add more flour if needed.
Before battering pat dry your pickle slice so it’s not wet
Fry in vegetable oil until golden, turning over once, serve immediately either inside a burger or as a side with BBQ sauce
