2 meatless patties

Vegan burger sauce

Dill bread and butter pickles

Charred Jalapeno Vegan cheese sauce

Crispy shallots

Vegan Brioche bun

Steps to create your slutty burger

1. BUILD YOUR BASES

Pre- heat the oven to 180c. Slice and toast the buns. Take the bottom and place 1 tbsp of the vegan burger sauce and spread it to the edges. Then place the sliced iceberg lettuce and pickles on top. Your base is ready.

2. COOK YOUR PATTIES

Heat your frying pan to a medium heat. Add some oil in the pan and carefully place the patties into the pan. Squash them down slightly and season very well with salt and pepper. After around 4 minutes on one side flip the patties over to get a good crust on the other side for another 4 mins. Take them out of the pan and transfer to an oven proof dish for a further 4 minutes.

3. SLUT THEM UP

Transfer the "cheese sauce" to a small pan and warm it up gently. Cover the patties in the "Cheese sauce" sprinkle with shallots and top with the bun.

4. THE STEAM (OPTIONAL STEP BUT WORTH IT!)

Top each burger with the top of the bun, for an extra level at this point put a splash of water in the pan and cover with a lid to steam the buns and make them extra juicy. Take each burger out of the pan and place on the base. Don’t forget to use your flag and tag @foodslut. Enjoy.
